ASR Adult Social Daycare program is a flexible program of supportive services and activities designed for seniors and disabled adults who would benefit from daytime companionship and social interaction.

Program Goals:

• To provide a safe structured, caring and nurturing environment for all

• To provide a program of activities that create mental, social and physical stimulation

• To preserve emotional health and independence 

• To provide respite for caregivers

• To further delay the need for long-term nursing home placement

• Prescription Refill Assistance

• Monthly Outings

Rates:

Full Day Program- $100 (8 hours) or $12.75/hour (4 hour minimum)

Monday-Friday

8:00am-6:00pm

 

Saturday-Sunday

9:30am-4pm
