Ageless Skye Resources will recruit, interview, screen, select, hire and assign employee(s) who, we believe , are the best qualified to perform the services desired. We devote a great deal of time to evaluating our candidates via our assessment program, designed to insure all that all candidates' skills are tailored to your organizations's specific job requirements. As testing and in-depth screening are essential to appraising the proficiency level of our candidates, we require them to take written competency exams. Furthermore, we give you the opportunity to gage an employee's performance as the employee gets acquainted with your organization, to "try before you buy". Then, if for any reason they don't live up to your expectations, the first four(4) hours are free, and if desired a replacement will be sent immediately.
